Introduction
The Rouchdy Foundation, established in 2020 as a non-profit organization registered under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, is dedicated to nation-building. Originally concentrating on corporate social responsibility (CSR) project management and capacity-building training for companies, both in the private and public sector. We are growing into a versatile organization engaged in CSR advisory, networking, project management, and the systematic execution of development initiatives. Our registered office is situated in New Delhi.
Rouchdy Foundation provides comprehensive CSR Advisory Services, guiding corporates, institutions, and businesses to integrate CSR concepts into their models. Our services include need-based assessment studies, CSR planning and implementation, and capacity-building. Our offerings for corporate clients encompass end-to-end CSR services, policy formulation, advisory, need/baseline assessment, project conceptualization, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, CSR reporting, social audit, and impact assessment.

Mr. Arka Prabha Ghosh
Finance Director
He has an accomplished professional with a diverse background and a proven track record of success in the finance and operations domains. With rich experience spanning over a decade, our Finance Director brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He has accumulated invaluable experience during a tenure of 3 years in the L&T Finance & 1 year in the Tata Motors Finance. Their roles primarily focused on asset finance, particularly in the areas of construction equipment and commercial vehicles financing. This experience provided them with a deep understanding of sales strategies and credit management, crucial pillars in the finance industry.
Transitioning from the finance sector to the realm of education, our director embarked on a new journey with RICE Pvt. Ltd, a premier education institute in eastern India. Here, they served in pivotal roles, starting as an internal auditor and eventually ascending to the position of Operations Head. This transition demonstrates their adaptability and capability to excel in diverse environments.
Building upon their expertise, our Finance Director further expanded their horizons in the education and skill development sector with Orion Edutech. As the Assistant General Manager of Operations, they led a nationwide team responsible for upskilling undergraduate students under various CSR initiatives. Orion Edutech’s projects under schemes like DDUGKY and PMKVY provided them with an opportunity to work with both private and public giants, further enhancing their repertoire of skills and experiences.
With a proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive operational excellence, our Finance Director is a valuable asset to our organization. Their strategic vision and hands-on approach make them a key contributor to our success, ensuring sound financial management and operational efficiency across all facets of our business.
Mrs. Ahtesham Kaisar
Executive Director
Ahtesham Kaisar is a founding member and director of the Rouchdy Foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and a Bachelor’s in Education from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development, she demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of rural communities.
With five years of experience in teaching disadvantaged children, Ahtesham exemplifies dedication to education and empowerment. Beyond the classroom, she volunteers her time to provide career guidance to students, acknowledging the importance of mentorship in shaping their futures.
Driven by a profound passion for social welfare, Ahtesham actively participates in initiatives aimed at fostering positive change and uplifting marginalized communities. Her diversebackground and unwavering dedication make her a valuable asset in the pursuit of a more equitable and inclusive society.

Mrs. Chandana Dasgupta
Executive Director
A compassionate individual dedicated to empowering communities through education, skill-building, and advocacy. With a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and specialized training in cutting and tailoring from ITI, Chandana possesses a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise.
Her commitment to social impact extends beyond her own accomplishments. Chandana has utilized her skills to train other women, enabling them to gain independence and financial stability through employment opportunities. She has been actively involved in numerous social initiatives aimed at supporting women and children, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to uplifting the marginalized.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Chandana has volunteered her time to tutor physically challenged children, exemplifying her belief in inclusive education and equal opportunities for all. Her multifaceted contributions have made a tangible difference in the lives of countless individuals, embodying the spirit of service and compassion.
