Past Projects
Third-Party Assessment
RF undertook third-party assessment for Infrastructure Skill Development Academy (an NGO) for skill development courses in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile, and Electrician trades. Through rigorous evaluation, nearly 300 youths were provided with opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
Women's Empowerment Program
RF conducted a comprehensive three-month stitching training course in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP), empowering 100 women with valuable skills. This initiative not only equipped participants with new abilities but also fostered economic empowerment and self-reliance within the community.
Collaborative Skill Development Programs
Recognizing the significance of collaboration in fostering sustainable change, RF partnered with the Shaurya Foundation to facilitate skill development programs in Haryana for 60 autism beneficiaries. By empowering individuals with essential skills and resources, this program aimed to enhance earning potential and elevate the overall quality of life for children with autism.
Remedial Education for Disadvantaged Children
Additionally, RF conducted remedial classes for approximately 100 children in Sahibabad. These classes, focusing on subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Hindi, and English, aimed to provide educational support to disadvantaged children within the community, nurturing their academic growth and future prospects.
COVID-19 Relief Efforts
During the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, RF stepped up to distribute essential rations and masks in Delhi/NCR, extending vital support to vulnerable communities in their time of need.

Empowering Communities Through Health & Nutrition : A CSR Initiative by Dabur India Limited
We are proud to be part of Dabur India Limited’s ongoing commitment to promoting health and wellness in underserved communities. As part of our CSR initiative, we distributed health nutrition supplements to individuals in need across various locations:
Subhash Nagar, Faridabad
Slum area of Mamura Village, Noida
Janta Adarsh Andh Vidyala (Blind School), Sadiq Nagar, Siri Fort Road, New Delhi
Slum communities near NHPC Chowk, Faridabad
Through these efforts, we aim to address malnutrition, support overall well-being, and bring positive change to vulnerable populations. A heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers and partners who made this initiative possible. Together, we continue to work towards a healthier and brighter future!
